Crewing

Thanks to our highly engaged, motivated and competent crew, all your onboard shipboard operations will be run smoothly. We carefully manage the screening and recruitment process to ensure that the fittest candidates are employed for the job. We oversee and train a
pool of experienced officers and cadets and place their welfare as one of our top priorities. We
make sure that our crew upholds and forwards our values, and that our clients’ needs are met.

maintain high standard operations at all times.

Crew management services include

  • Ensure that all crew members meet the STCW and MLC requirements
